Nunzio is a one-act play with two characters, Nunzio and Pino, two southern figures who emigrated for work reasons (Nunzio is a worker in a chemical factory, Pino is a killer), who live in a modest apartment in a city in the north. The action, which takes place over the course of a single day, describes the moment in which Pino, after a murder, returns home to discover that Nunzio has serious health problems. Thus a dialogue is born between the two, characterized by a sense of solitude, marginalization, friendship and the desire for rebellion.
The rich and intense language, at times crude, although at times immersed in surreal situations, highlights the humanity that unites the two characters.
