In Tonino Serra’s stories, Jerzu and its history are narrated through the eyes, sensitivity and heart of one of its sons; through the filter of memory, corroborated by passion and knowledge. The town is made into a multicolored, realistic and historically framed fresco, which translates into a true epic of the community, its districts, its inhabitants, sometimes known sometimes unknown, in an atmosphere suspended between past and future, joys and sorrows, dream and reality.
