Pósidos, “treasures”, is the result of research into the storytelling methods of the elderly narrators of Scano Montiferro, a town in central-western Sardinia. The stories of Pósidos speak of saints, of bandits, they take us back to a time, not too far away, when it was still common for the dead, sas animas (the souls), to appear to the living, when Montiferru was a single large forest, before the arrival of the teams of woodcutters sent by Cavour.
Piludu, with the suggestion of the four voices of the tenor singing of Su Cuncordu Iscanesu, accompanies the spectators into the magical world of those “contos antigos” (ancient tales) that until a few decades ago were told everywhere in Sardinia.
