Pietra, Pianta (Calici di stelle)

ALESSANDRO BERTI

A man has taken refuge on a mountain, next to an abandoned church, and from Il he witnesses the slow flow of his own time, visited by a dog, spied on by the animals of the forest. His fluid speech, without beginning or end, tells of the struggle to accept existence in its dull simple flow, with no more worries than that of his own physical subsistence and the awareness of the things around him. The memory, sometimes annoying, of what he left behind, the sudden enthusiasm for an animal that arrives or the shape of a cloud, abandoning oneself to the void or resisting it.
