Bachisio is a simple man, strongly tied to his land. Together with his wife and son, like many other farmers, he is fighting against a large company, “Bentulare”, which has purchased enormous plots of land throughout Sardinia to cultivate them intensively.
His son, Michelangelo, a graduate in agriculture, has been trying for years to combine the ancient agricultural knowledge of his grandparents with scientific research and productivity, in a context of great respect for nature.
Bachisio, however, is experiencing days of great pain. A few weeks earlier, he and his son had insistently asked, but in vain, those responsible for “Bentulare” not to spray the fields adjacent to theirs with pesticides so as not to pollute organic production…
As it progresses, Bachisio’s story becomes more and more intense and becomes a declaration of love for justice, for the Earth… and for love itself.
