Just a step away from blowing out twenty candles, the Festival dei Tacchi is preparing for its annual summer event in Ogliastra with international contemporary theatre.

It will be seven intense days, from 2 to 8 August in the municipalities of Jerzu, Ulassai and Gairo, days that as always will unfold in a journey made of theatres, landscapes, nature, traditions, food and wine culture.

During the seven days of the festival, 43 artists, including some names also known to the television, radio and TV series audience, will alternate for 21 shows on the 11 stages that will be set up in different and suggestive locations in the three participating municipalities; the starting point of this journey will be, as every year, the Cantina Antichi Poderi di Jerzu, thanks to the close and historic partnership. During the days of the festival, with the collaboration of associations and tourist operators of the area, it will be possible to learn to climb the Tacchi d’Ogliastra, to roast meat according to local tradition, to practice yoga in a refuge, to discover by bike the natural paths dotted with works by Maria Lai, to weave in the manner of the Ogliastra artisans.
