Qui e Ora is a production company that operates nationally and internationally with the production of shows, organization of reviews and festivals, curation of workshops and projects. It works on autographed dramaturgy and loves to compare and collaborate with other artists to give life to their works, in a continuous mix of languages and visions.
It was born in 2007 with the project Être – Experiences of Theatre in Residence promoted by Fondazione Cariplo.
Here and Now is a theatre that speaks of the present, that tries to build collective imaginations and give strength to contradictions with an ironic look. Here and Now is meeting people. Making the everyday act and artistic vision. Rediscovering the deep sense of community and art that every territory expresses.
In the province of Bergamo, Qui e Ora has been running a project for years that brings the territory and the citizens to the center of artistic experimentation and the creation of cultural products. Among the various actions, we highlight the hospitality in residence of artists, male and female, and companies, thanks to art. 43, supported by the Lombardy Region, Fondazione Cariplo and MIC.
Qui e Ora curates Up To You, an original project that is both a training course and the creation of a festival with shared artistic direction with Under 30.
Qui e Ora is an “innovation theatre production company” and operates with the support of MIC, Fondazione Cariplo, Regione Lombardia and the Municipalities of Bergamo, Arcene, Brusaporto, Carvico, Casazza, Comun Nuovo, Entratico, Scanzorosciate, Treviolo, Verdello.
