The Eccentrici Dadar\u00f2 were born in 1997, from a desire for in-stability. Stability in the attempt to give concreteness and continuity to a project; in-stability in the choice to maintain an absolute freedom of expressive experimentation, trying not to settle linguistically and stylistically on what had been achieved previously. It is precisely this element of heterogeneity that has allowed the creation of artistic projects intended for different types of audiences and proposed with distinct languages. <\/p>\n
Children’s Theatre, Street Theatre, Prose Theatre are equally fields of investigation into communication through the language of Theatre, the search for an extra-daily encounter through the show as the dominant motif. The first research is around clowning, acrobatics, Commedia dell’Arte, circus arts. The encounter between this experience and the actor’s theatre is the detonator of what will be the language of the Company in all subsequent productions: a search for balance between the language of the body and the dramatic one, trying to bring physicality into the word and at the same time approach the textual development with the opening of exclusively physical pauses, which bring us closer to an empathy with the path of the unconscious alongside that of the logical mind. <\/p>\n
Similarly, this push for research in the field of language has led the Company to collaborate with various entities such as RAI, Telethon, Telefono Azzurro, Legambiente, Cineteca Italiana, Fiere (SMAU), etc.<\/p>\n
The various National and International awards won over the years and the more than 200 shows performed annually throughout Italy and Europe, have made the Company one of the most solid realities in the Italian theatre scene in recent years, so much so as to guarantee it the official support of the Cariplo Foundation, MIC (Ministry of Culture) and the Lombardy Region.<\/p>\n
The Association founds and collaborates with various National and International Networks, and for years it has also organized, with growing success, Festivals and Reviews, White Nights, Parties and special Events on the Regional and National Territory in collaboration with Municipalities, Public and Private Bodies.<\/p>\n
Since 2004, the collaboration with the Gaber Foundation began for the dissemination of knowledge of the character and work of Giorgio Gaber. From this experience comes the impulse to deepen the connection between theatrical language and musical language, a path that continues in 2013 with a project dedicated to another Milanese artist, Enzo Jannacci. <\/p>\n
Since 2003, the company has collaborated with EATC (European Association for Theater Culture) directed by Jurij Alschitz in the creation and realization of international projects and productions aimed at promoting and developing theatrical research and culture.<\/p>\n
