Together with Rita Xaxa, they are the artisans who with great passion and expertise build and animate the string puppets of the Tages Theatre. In 1993 they joined forces and founded the new company in Sardinia. Teatro Tages has presented its shows at major international festivals in Italy and on tour abroad, Senegal, Pakistan, India, Ukraine, Mexico, Colombia, Singapore, Switzerland, Slovenia, France and Spain. Tages or Tagete is a little spirit that appeared to an Etruscan settler while he was ploughing his field. A handsome boy, lively and cheerful, with grey hair and a long white beard. In him the genuineness of a child and the wisdom of an old man were fused; he dictated the rules of the art of divination to the Etruscan people and then disappeared. In legend, some say he is dead and others imagine him dissolved into thin air.
