STORIE METICCE is a theatrical project of collected and lived stories, but also a journey within oneself. The show draws inspiration from the book by Francesca Caminoli \u201cPerch\u00e9 non mi dai un bacio?\u201d, focused on the story of Zelinda Roccia and the Los Quinchos Association, which has always been committed to caring for street children in Nicaragua. The images of those children, of their looks, remind me of other boys and girls in my life, met in Greece in 2016 in the Kara Tepe and Pikpa Refugee Camp. Hence the desire, or perhaps more honestly the need, to tell \u2018mesticcio stories\u2019 from various parts of the world and to tell about me, about us adults, about what we \u201cdid\u201d and what we \u201cdidn\u2019t do\u201d, towards the children of yesterday and those of today. <\/p>\n
