By delving into the exploration of numerical systems, one understands better and better the laws and mechanisms that govern them, one encounters prime numbers and triangular numbers, magic squares and perfect numbers; one discovers that mathematics is not at all the boring and somewhat cruel thing that is studied in school but rather an exciting adventure. Ancient tales of predominantly Persian origin intertwine to create the magic of a journey through time and space, recreating the atmosphere of the Thousand and One Nights. The spectators and the narrators share the same physical space: a large Persian carpet where the true protagonists of the story materialize: the numbers.
