Mariolina Cadeddu was born in Sardinia, she has lived in Rovato since 1964 without ever forgetting her land, loving this town that welcomed her. She worked at the Rovato Centro Nursery School. She collaborated in the establishment of the Auser, University of Freedom, association in Rovato, in May 2005, and was its first president. She collected stories and testimonies in the volume Rovato si racconta, urging many people to tell about themselves. She wrote, in Via Carlo Felice n° 5, the story of her family, dedicated to her mother. In 2022 she published the novel Giulia, set in Sardinia.
