Born in Stienta in 1961, in the province of Rovigo, she is considered one of the most sensitive and refined Italian interpreters. She studied in Ferrara and at the age of 23 she graduated from the Silvio d’Amico National Academy of Dramatic Arts. Paiato certainly has a vocation for the theater, before the cinema, and it is worth mentioning some of the big names who have directed her in important shows that have contributed to making her famous. Among them Luca Ronconi, Mauro Bolognini, Giancarlo Sepe, Maurizio Scaparro, Antonio Calende, Nanni Loy, Roberto Guicciardini, Giampiero Cicciò, Valerio Binasco. The plays in which she has immersed herself just by the title say a lot: A Midsummer Night’s Dream by Shakespeare, The Trojan Women by Euripides, A Simple Heart inspired by the novel by Gustave Flaubert, The Interview by Natalia Ginzburg and others. Furthermore, in 2005 Paiato directed Non ho imparare niente, based on Scottature, by Dolores Prato.
