Actor and director, in 1979 he founded and directed the company Granbadò Produzioni Teatrali. As Director of the Granbadò he staged numerous shows including Esigenze tecniche (E.T.I. Stregagatto Award 1984) and Recita, a show with more than 500 performances in Italy and Europe. In 1990 he worked as an actor with the Teatro Stabile di Brescia in the staging of Il guardiano by H. Pinter. In 1993 the Granbadò-Produzioni Teatrali company merged with the Laboratorio Teatro Settimo. He staged Dei liquori fatti in casa, written together with Gabriele Vacis, Magica medicina directed by Roberto Tarasco, La trilogia della villeggiatura by Goldoni directed by Gabriele Vacis (I.D.I. Award and Biglietto d’Oro A.G.I.S. 1994). In 1995/96 he wrote and directed Il contadino che allevava parole for Assemblea Teatro and Il partigiano J. for the Teatro Invito in Lecco. He is the author and director of Il racconto dei promessi sposi for the Teatro Invito in Lecco (special mention from the international jury of the E.T.I. Stregagatto Award 1998). He is the artistic director of the Festival del Parco Culturale del Premio Grinzane Cavour in 1996, 97, 98, 2000. He plays Aspettando by Samuel Beckett, for the Gruppo Della Rocca, directed by Giampiero Solari. In 1997 he founded the theatre company ACTI teatri Indipendenti. He wrote with Remo Rostagno and Gabriele Vacis Camminanti produced by the Piedmont Region, QP Produzioni, Acti Teatri Indipendenti. He performed Un giorno di fuoco by Beppe Fenoglio directed by Gabriele Vacis for the Laboratorio Teatro Settimo and A.c.t.i.
