The Festival dei Tacchi 2024 celebrates its first 25 years.
In a quarter of a century, the best of contemporary theater among the magnificent and wild landscapes of Ogliastra, in the shadow of the rocky walls of the Tacchi.
From 2 to 8 August between the territories of Jerzu and Ulassai, Stefano Massini, Arianna Scommegna, Domenico Iannacone, Beatrice Schiros, Ascanio Celestini, Giobbe Covatta, Renato Sarti with Barbara Apuzzo, Roberto Mercadini and many others.

Twenty-five editions, seven days, twenty shows, nine stages, three theater workshops with related scenic outcomes, one meeting open to the public, two book presentations, one site-specific traveling performance. As per tradition, the program of the 25th edition of the Festival dei Tacchi is rich and varied, the contemporary theater event organized by the Cagliari company Cada Die Teatro, which will be held from August 2 to 8 among the rugged yet enchanting landscapes between the municipalities of Jerzu and Ulassai, at the foot of the magnificent rocky walls of the Tacchi d’Ogliastra, a destination for climbing and trekking enthusiasts.
It will be an edition dedicated to sensitive beings, those who perceive the wounds or joys of others as their own. “It is one of the first conditions of being an artist – explains the artistic director Giancarlo Biffi – And it is precisely on this aspect, on being sensitive that we want to focus attention; it is precisely from this movement of consciousness that the creativity of the artist springs, harmonized with the personality of the human being. It is said, the more you feel, the more you express. How many times have we heard “He is too sensitive!”, as if being sensitive were a fault and not a quality. Right now that we would need tons of
sensitivity to respond to a world, to a society that, despite everything that happens around us, increasingly urges us to be cynical, cold, detached, disinterested, imperturbable.”
