Stazione dell’arte is a contemporary art museum dedicated to the work of Maria Lai. Inaugurated in 2006, following a donation by the artist of a corpus of over one hundred and forty works, the museum is located in the premises of the former railway station, located downstream from the town. The choice of location lends itself well to communicating one of the artist’s most cherished intentions of work, namely to bring art closer to the people.
Con l’obiettivo di radicare sempre di più le relazioni con luoghi e abitanti dei territori ospitanti, e di unire l’esperienza teatrale con un’immersione nella natura incontaminata dei Tacchi d’Ogliastra, gli spettatori potranno scegliere di partecipare al corso di yoga, alle escursioni e alle visite guidate nel territorio.
