He began studying music as a self-taught musician, later graduating in Classical Guitar at the Conservatory of Cagliari, where he currently teaches Jazz Guitar.
He has collaborated with internationally renowned musicians such as Javier Girotto, Paolo Fresu (musician), Joe Locke, Mike Mainieri, Rita Marcotulli, Bruno Tommaso, Gianni Cazzola, Elena Ledda, Paolino dalla Porta and Pat Metheny, in the show “Missouri Sky” for trio and symphony orchestra, in 2019.
He has participated in numerous international festivals, where he has won several awards including the 1996 “Music Conference” in Philadelphia (USA), and in the same year he won first prize at the international festival of Sant’Anna Arresi.
He composed the soundtracks for “Ambarabà” (1992) “Storie di pugili” (2000), set the choreography to music for “Storie Infinite” (2002) and lastly wrote the soundtrack for the film about Antonio Gramsci directed by Daniele Maggioni Nel mondo grande e terribile in 2017.
