He began his career as a designer.
He attended the Academy of Fine Arts in Rome in the 90s, began to sing and play the guitar and formed numerous bands with which he occasionally performs.
His first TV appearances were between 98 and 2000 on I ragazzi del muretto Linda e il brigadiere, with Nino Manfredi on Rai 1, Telenauta 69 Di Lillo e Greg on Italia 1 and Mhhhh by Serena Dandini on Rai 2. He made his film debut on Blek Giec by E.Caria. At the same time, he cultivated his activity in the field of Storyboard for cinema and advertising.
In 2000 he took part in the musical Piccole Donne by T.Pulci on tour for a year.
From 2001 he began to attend La Fattoria dei Comici, the theatre laboratory at the Ambra Jovinelli theatre. In 2002 and 2003 he created comic and surreal characters in the show Bra by S. Dandini on Rai 3. In the meantime he played with Renzo Arbore and the Swing Maniacs, making 2 albums, numerous tours and TV appearances, and a variety show: Meno siamo meglio stanno on Rai 1.
Together with Marco Marzocca he collaborated in the shows: Ma è possibbole?, Marco Marzocca Recital and Da giovedì a giovedì, from 2003 to 2009.
From 2004 to today, he has been a regular guest on the famous radio show Il Ruggito del Coniglio by M. Presta and A. Dose, creating numerous sketch characters and musical moments.
My musical activity continued with The Blues Willies together with Claudio Greg Gregori, with whom I travelled all over Italy in 2 theatrical shows: Twenty Quarantino, at the Palladium theatre in Rome, and The Blues Brothers il plagio at the Ambra Jovinelli theatre in Rome. Then numerous live performances and two television shows: Suonare Stella on Rai 1 and Bla bla bla on Rai 2 respectively in 2004 and 2005, at the same time, he collaborates with Gregorio Paolini in three series of Tintoria broadcast on Rai 3 until 2007. Subsequently he begins to stage theatrical shows written by me – “Serenate Coniglie” at the Teatro Dei Satiri in Rome, “Max paiella show” at the small Brancaccio “Max Paiella Recital” at the Teatro Ambra alla Garbatella in 2010. I participated as a guest in – Per un pugno di libri broadcast on Rai 3. He is at the Maurizio Costanzo Show on Canale 5, several times between 2008 and 2009. Then also at Zelig off and Zelig in prime time on Canale 5 in 2009. He then took part in 3 series of Parla con me, hosted by S. Dandini and D.Vergassola (2010,2011,2012) on Rai 3. In 2010 he won the prestigious Forte Dei Marmi Satire Award for his imitation of Augusto Minzolini, director of tg1. That year he also participated in the show Rokkandrollogy with C.Greg Gregori.
In 2010 he began his participation in 610 by Lillo Greg and Alex Braga on Radio 2
In 2011 I began collaborating with Il Misfatto, a satirical insert of Fatto Quotidiano.
Between 2012 and 2013 he participated in “The show must go off” hosted by S.Dandini and D.Vergassola on La 7. Let’s get to the Opera hosted by Enzo Ghinazzi on Rai 1. On stage with the show “Stasera Paiella per tutti offro io”, throughout Italy. In Rome at the Ambra Jovinelli theater – Who were the jolly rckers? by and with Lillo and Greg.
He collaborates with Diego Bianchi on Gazebo, broadcast on Rai 3.
Between 2013 and 2014 he began the radio show “Max Paiella tutto comprende” on Radio 2, and continued his collaboration with Il Ruggito del Coniglio on Radio 2.
At the theatre I took part in Mille bolle blu by Gino Castaldo with Stefano Di Battista and Niky Nicolai. Also in 2013 I reprised the show Chi erano i jolly rockers? at the Teatro Olimpico in Rome together with Lillo and Greg.
He began his collaboration with Il Fatto Quotidiano on Monday, creating videos for the site and satirical articles for the paper newspaper.
Also in 2014 he participated as an actor in the film – Stai lontano da me – with A. Angiolini and E. Brignano
I participated as a guest in Web Notte by and with Gino Castaldo and Ernesto Assante broadcast in Streming on the Repubblica website, Repubblica.it He was on stage at the Teatro Vittoria in Rome with the show written and performed by him Indagine di un musicale al di sopra di ogni sospetto, with the band The Rabbits.
