It is a street circus show in which circus skills, music and dance come together to create a unique event suitable for an audience of all ages. The new circus does not invent anything, it manipulates the arts: circus, music, dance and theatre. It recovers the riches of the traditional circus, dismantles its structures and pushes them to evolve in the contemporaneity of our time. A mixture of fragility, strength and dexterity, the circus is by definition an art that pushes man beyond his possibilities. The “street circus” show, produced by the circus school Le Lido of Toulouse and the Centre de Developement Coreo-graphique, develops through juggling numbers, aerial acrobatics (trapeze and smooth rope), manipulation of objects, music and dance.
