Sergio Bini, aka Bustric, is an author, director and actor.
Graduated from the Faculty of Literature and Philosophy of the University of Bologna, he attended the circus school of Annie Fratellini and Pierre Etaix in Paris and the pantomime school of Etienne Decroux and the school of Roy Bosier in Rome. Then a period of studies with John Strasberg of the Actors Studio”.
He created the theatre company “La compagnia Bustric” with which he wrote and performed shows that he put on stage using various techniques: from sleight of hand, to pantomime, to singing and acting, in a narrative rhythm that fills his stories with surprises, funny and unexpected things. It is a “colorful and comical, sometimes poetic, certainly unique” theater.
With his shows he has been in most European countries, and also in Somalia, Chile, Uruguay, Brazil, Argentina, North America, acting in Italian, English and French. He works in the cinema. On television he acts in various dramas, and has been a guest on programs and talk shows several times.
